blendSMART® Asia adopts a secured transaction model that promises to withhold confidentiality of your personal data. 3. Online Order

In principle, your purchases in blendSMART® Asia e-commerce are provided by blendSMART Asia. However, the information you browse or the purchases made in blendSMART® Asia e-commerce may also be made by a third party. If blendSMART® Asia confirms that all transaction information are correct, the goods you ordered are still in stock or the services you ordered are still available, and there is no other situation where blendSMART® Asia cannot accept the order, blendSMART® Asia will proceed to ship the goods.
You can check the shipping status on the website. If transaction details are incorrect or the goods are out of stock or the requested service cannot be provided, blendSMART® Asia may refuse to accept the order.
If you choose to pay by credit card, the information that you entered will be used for the purpose of confirming the validity of your credit card and obtaining transaction authorization with your card issuer. It does not mean that you have made the payment or the transaction has been completed or the contract has been established. blendSMART® Asia reserves the right to accept your order; before blendSMART® Asia accepts your order, you will not be charged.

If you find that the transaction information is incorrect, you should immediately notify blendSMART® Asia to correct it. Regarding consumer complaints or disputes, you can file a complaint or dispute in accordance with the handling mechanism, procedures and related contact information set by the online customer service system. 4. Return Policy
You may request a full refund if the goods you ordered are defective. You can exercise related rights in accordance with Article 19, Paragraph 1 of the Consumer Protection Law.
The methods and conditions for the return and refund shall be determined in accordance within our return and exchange policy. Regardless of the method of payment, blendSMART® Asia will process the refund within 7 to 14 days after receipt of the return goods.
The goods you return must maintain the integrity of all goods, gifts, accessories, packaging, and all accompanying documents or materials at the time of shipment. If there is a physical invoice, return it together with the invoice and any other documents required by relevant laws and regulations; otherwise, blendSMART® Asia may refuse to accept your return request.
You understand and agree that if you request a return or exchange, blendSMART® Asia cannot accept all or part of your order, or when the contract is terminated or loses its validity for some reason, blendSMART® Asia can process invoices or discount slips and other documents required by relevant laws and regulations on your behalf.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
The software or programs used by the company’s or its subsidiaries’ websites and related channels, and all content on the website, including but not limited to works, pictures, files, information, data, website structure, website screen arrangement, and webpage designs belong to the company’s intellectual property rights in accordance with the law, including but not limited to trademark rights, patent rights, copyrights, business secrets and know-how.

If you find errors or omissions in this system, please notify blendSMART® Asia immediately.
We will perform data backup regularly, but blendSMART® Asia is not responsible for any accidental deletion of data, backup errors or failures, except for those caused by deliberate or gross negligence.
7. Explanation of the contract
The terms of this agreement and related webpages stipulated in each article, each item and related agreement content, if all or part of the article, this item, or the related agreement content is deemed invalid by the court or does not constitute part of the contract content, this will not affect the validity of the remaining clauses or other agreed content; clauses or agreed content that are deemed invalid by the court or do not constitute part of the contract content shall be in accordance with the maximum possible scope permitted by the relevant laws and regulations, and shall be consistent with the original clauses.

You understand and agree that if blendSMART® Asia must be liable for compensation or compensation to you in accordance with the law or contract for any reason, blendSMART® Asia’s compensation or liability shall be based on the actual amount of the transaction that is still in dispute as compensation or the upper limit of the compensation liability.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
